UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI), price target raised from $35 to $43.
UBS analyst says, "IAC Looks to Int’l Markets as Match.com Continues to Grow - The personals business continues to grow both subscribers and rev. And IAC is e experimenting with different business models, formats, and products that address cultural sensitivities of Int’l markets like Japan and LatAm; Match launched a tender offer for the remaining 73% of European dating site Meetic, focused on restarting growth using the analytic strategy effectively deployed at Match." (UBS raises FY11 EPS estimate from $1.61 to $1.95 and FY12 from $2.03 to $2.32)
