Rochdale Securities' Dick Bove downgraded shares of UBS AG (NYSE: UBS) from Buy to Neutral Thursday morning. The notable banking analyst reduced his price target on the stock from $22.50 to $17.
Despite the downgrade, UBS shares are up 0.6 percent to $16.29 in pre-market action.
Bove's call comes just one day after his "sell everything" call. Bove believes the sky is in fact falling.
