Cameron International (CAM) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c, Orders Up 72% Y/Y, Raises FY11 Guidance

Cameron International Corp. (NYSE: CAM) reported Q2 EPS of $0.66, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.74 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.65 billion.

Total orders were $2.39 billion for the quarter, up from $1.39 billion in the second quarter of 2010, for an increase of 72%.

Cameron International Corp. sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.70-$0.75, versus the consensus of $0.71.

Cameron International Corp. sees FY2011 EPS of $2.55-$2.65, versus prior guidance of $2.50-$2.60 and the consensus of $2.58.
