D.R. Horton, Inc. (DHI) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, Declares $0.0375 Dividend

D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $987.25 million.

The Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share. The dividend is payable on August 24, 2011 to stockholders of record on August 12, 2011.
