UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Weatherford International (NYSE: WFT), raises price target from $25 to $28.

UBS analyst says, "Positive guidance of 25% revenue growth in ’11 vs our prior 19% forecast - WFT guides to 2011 revenue growth of 25%, above our prior 19% est. Also guides to Q4-11 Int’l margins as “meaningfully higher” than last year’s 11% avrg. We are conservatively forecasting 13%-14% for Q4. For 2012, we are forecasting 19% top line revenue growth and average International margins of 14%. Clearly, we are taking a conservative stance in our margin forecasts and thus EPS upside exists. However, our 2012 EPS ests were impacted by WFT’s off-line guidance of higher taxes (~30%), and higher Other Expenses (FX), and R&D." (UBS raises FY12 EPS estimate from $1.43 to $1.65)
