Intel (INTC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 16.7% to $0.21; 3.7% Yield

Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 4, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
