Southwest Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: OKSB) 33.9% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.21 per share, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.07. The company said it will defer dividend payments related to its trust preferred shares.

S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE) 30.2% HIGHER; ACI Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACIW) has proposed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the company for per share consideration of $9.50 in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $540 million.

Cardiome Pharma Corp. (Nasdaq: CRME) 22.4% HIGHER; today announced it has granted consent for the transfer of rights for the development and commercialization of vernakalant (IV) in Canada, Mexico and the United States, from Astellas US LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of Astellas Pharma Inc., to Merck & Co., Inc.

RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) 19.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.31, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $941.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.03 billion. The company said it will begin offering Verizon (NYSE: VZ) products and services.

Lexmark International (NYSE: LXK) 18.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.36, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.01 billion. Lexmark International sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.94-$1.04, versus the consensus of $0.99.

Sanmina-SCI Corp (NASDAQ: SANM) 18.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.42, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.67 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.65 billion. Sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.40-$0.44, versus the consensus of $0.42. Sees Q4 2011 revenue of $1.65-$1.70 billion, versus the consensus of $1.72 billion.

Raptor Pharma (Nasdaq: RPTP) 16.6% HIGHER; correcting today following a 28 percent decline yesterday amid concerning data from a Phase 3 trial on DR Cysteamine. Canaccord reiterated a Buy rating on the stock this morning.

Volterra Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: VLTR) 15% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.28, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $41.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $38.6 million.

Wausau Paper (NYSE: WPP) 14.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.08, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $267.15 million versus the consensus estimate of $264.88 million.

Group 1 Automotive (NYSE: GPI) 13.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.06, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.47 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.56 billion.

Office Depot, Inc. (NYSE: ODP) 13.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.11), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.71 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.73 billion.

Rediff.Com India Ltd (NASDAQ: REDF) 13% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.08), versus ($0.04) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.42 billion, versus $4.18 billion reported last year.

Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) 12.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.41, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $142.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $128.76 million. Sees Q311 revenue of $134-$144 million, versus the consensus of $135.25 million.

PLX Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLXT) 12.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.06), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $29 million.

Geoeye (Nasdaq: GEOY) 12.2% HIGHER; DealReporter saying the company has hired Goldman Sachs to explore a possible sale.

AK Steel Holding Corp. (NYSE: AKS) 12.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.32, $0.18 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.79 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion.

W.R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) 11.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.11, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $826.4 million, versus $685 million reported last year. Sees FY2011 revenue of $3.25-$3.30 billion, versus prior guidance of $2.85-$2.95 billion and the consensus of $3.04 billion.

Helix Energy Solutions Group (NYSE: HLX) 11.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.39, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $338.32 million versus the consensus estimate of $315.56 million.

BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) 11.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04.

Broadcom Corp (NASDAQ: BRCM) 10.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.72, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion. Sees Q3 Sales of $1.9-$2.0 billion, versus the consensus of $1.93 billion.

Ultra Clean Holdings (NASDAQ: UCTT) 10.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.30, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $133.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $130.48 million.

InterOil Corporation (NYSE: IOC) 10.3% LOWER; confirms that it has made substantial progress on its Gulf LNG Project. InterOil achieved critical mass in its contingent resource estimate on February 16, 2010 with the independent resource assessment certifying a best case estimate of more than 8 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) of natural gas and associated condensate. Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 10% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.93, $1.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $937.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $951.03 million.

Vasco Data Security Int\'l (NASDAQ: VDSI) 9.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.07, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.82 million. Increases FY11 revenue growth from 20 to 40 percent. Operating margins, excluding expenses related to the amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets, for full-year 2011 are projected to be in the range of 8% to 12% of revenue, no change from guidance previously announced, but are expected to be at the lower end of the range.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 9.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.26, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $789 million versus the consensus estimate of $790.5 million. Adds 1.8 million net subs. Sees Q3 EPS of 72c-$1.07, vs. the consensus of $1.09.

STMicroelectronics N.V. (NYSE: STM) 9.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.14, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.57 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.57 billion.
