W.R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) reported Q2 EPS of $1.11, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $826.4 million, versus $685 million reported last year.
Sees FY2011 revenue of $3.25-$3.30 billion, versus prior guidance of $2.85-$2.95 billion and the consensus of $3.04 billion.
