BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing (BCDS) Posts Solid Net Income Growth for Q2

BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing (NASDAQ: BCDS) reported revenue for the quarter of $38.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $37 million. Non-GAAP adjusted net income for the quarter was $5.5 million, compared to $6.0 million for the second quarter of fiscal year 2010. GAAP net income was $5.1 million compared to $7.0 million for the second quarter of fiscal year 2010.

BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing sees Q3 2011 revenue of $43-$45 million, versus the consensus of $44.93 million.
