Inergy L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.705 per share, or $2.82 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 12, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.6 percent.
