Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Manpower (NYSE: MAN) price target of $75.00.

Barclays analyst says, "We continue to believe the current economic environment remains a solid backdrop for Manpower and its peers. Slow but positive economic growth continues to support demand for temp staffing (employers remain hesitant to aggressively hire full-time employees), and high employee turnover is benefitting perm placement demand. In addition, we believe MAN has several secular opportunities to boost growth and margins, including faster growth from the higher margin Professional and Solutions units, and also a strong presence (and aggressive investment) in emerging markets. We are raising our 2011 and 2012 revenue and EPS estimates to $22.5/$24.7 billion (+19.1%/+9.8% y/y) and $3.22/$4.28 (86%/33% y/y growth)."
