Analysts at Dahlman Rose made some reassuring comments on shares of YRC Worldwide (Nasdaq: YRCW) Monday morning.
The firm believes "the restructuring plan, new management, and favorable operation outlook hold the promise of a new phase at YRCW." Still, citing "massive equity dilution and balance sheet concerns..." the firm said it is staying on the sidelines.
Dahlman Rose's FY11 EBITDA estimate moves from $204.2 million to $209.2 million.
Within the Less Than Truckload group, the firm said it sees the following stocks as more compelling: Con-way (NYSE: CNW), Saia (Nasdaq: SAIA) and Vitran (Nasdaq: VTNC).
