Wisconsin Energy (NYSE: WEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2011.
