Ryder System (NYSE: R) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. This is a 7.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.
The dividend will be payable on September 16, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 22, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 18, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
