DA Davidson upgraded Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS) to Buy. PT increased from $36 to $40.

DA analyst says, "Financial institutions are finally ready to catch up on overdue technology investments and FIS is well-positioned to take advantage of this cycle. While FIS appears to be gaining market share, its shares over the last year have underperformed its direct peer group, as shown on page 3, and now carry the lowest valuation. With acquisitions starting to kick in, and impressive international opportunities likely to keep the company’s organic growth at the high end of the peer range, we expect FIS shares to finally outperform."
