Bar Harbor Bankshares (NYSE: BHB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
