New Energy Systems (AMEX: NEWN) 63.9% HIGHER; introduced three new remote power Anytone® models for tablets and mobile devices. The company's Anytone® division successfully developed three new mobile power models for leading tablet manufacturers, including Apple, Samsung and Motorola. Anytone®'s Model AT-006 "iPad Smart Power" is a light-weight, portal lithium ion battery charger that allows consumers to charge their iPad, iPod or iPhone wherever they are. The Anytone® AT-006 attaches to the iPad SmartCover. The AT-006 comes with a USB cable for use with an iPod or iPhone.

Kandi Technologies (Nasdaq: KNDI) 30.3% HIGHER; authorized a $5 million buyback program earlier.

Interdigital (Nasdaq: IDCC) 21.0% HIGHER; the company is exploring potential alternatives including a sale.

NeoStem, Inc. (AMEX: NBS) 20.5% LOWER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 13,750,000 units at $1.20 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.75 of a share of common stock with a per share exercise price of $1.45. NeoStem closed at $1.32 yesterday.

Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (Nasdaq: SBLK) 18.4% LOWER; today announced that it has successfully priced its underwritten public equity offering of 16,700,000 common shares at $1.80 per share. Star Bulk closed at $2.01 yesterday.

Voyager Oil & Gas (AMEX: VOG) 17.8% HIGHER; the stock is retaking the $3 level today. Volume is exceptional on the move.

SemiLEDs (Nasdaq: LEDS) 13.2% HIGHER; spiked sharply higher in afternoon trade. Not hearing any company-specific news however stay tuned for any breaking news which may be announced.

Taomee Holdings (Nasdaq: TAOM) 12.4% LOWER; traders are taking profits following a 20 percent rise yesterday. The stock continued higher at this morning's open, rising to set a new 52-week high at $17.90, however has pulled back to around the $14 level since.

Avery Dennison Corporation (NYSE: AVY) 12.3% LOWER; expects to report second quarter 2011 net sales of approximately $1.7 billion, versus the consensus of $1.83 billion. Further, Avery Dennison also sees non-GAAP EPS of $0.74 - $0.79, versus the consensus of $0.88. "These estimates reflect lower-than-expected volume, partially offset by lower employee-related expenses." FY11 non-GAAP EPS expected to be $2.45 - $2.75 with revs of $6.8 - $6.9 billion, versus the consensus EPS of $3.04 and revs of $7.06 billion.

PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (NYSE: PQ) 12.2% HIGHER; reports a discovery at La Cantera Prospect located in Vermilion Parish, LA. The stock was upgraded at Raymond James earlier.

Dyax Corp. (Nasdaq: DYAX) 9.3% LOWER; gapping below a support level around $2. The stock has also moved below the 200-day moving average.
