Kandi Technologies (Nasdaq: KNDI) 34.3% HIGHER; authorized a $5 million buyback program earlier.

Interdigital (Nasdaq: IDCC) 22.4% HIGHER; the company is exploring potential alternatives including a sale.

NeoStem, Inc. (NYSE: NBS) 21.2% LOWER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 13,750,000 units at $1.20 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.75 of a share of common stock with a per share exercise price of $1.45.

Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (NASDAQ: SBLK) 16.7% LOWER; today announced that it has successfully priced its underwritten public equity offering of 16,700,000 common shares at $1.80 per share.

Voyager Oil & Gas (AMEX: VOG) 15.6% HIGHER; the stock is retaking the $3 level today. Just an hour into trading, the stock has already traded the same number of shares it normally does over a whole day.

PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (NYSE: PQ) 13.8% HIGHER; reports a discovery at La Cantera Prospect located in Vermilion Parish, LA. The stock was upgraded at Raymond James earlier.

Avery Dennison Corporation (NYSE: AVY) 11.9% LOWER; expects to report second quarter 2011 net sales of approximately $1.7 billion, versus the consensus of $1.83 billion. Further, Avery Dennison also sees non-GAAP EPS of $0.74 - $0.79, versus the consensus of $0.88. "These estimates reflect lower-than-expected volume, partially offset by lower employee-related expenses." FY11 non-GAAP EPS expected to be $2.45 - $2.75 with revs of $6.8 - $6.9 billion, versus the consensus EPS of $3.04 and revs of $7.06 billion.

Ener1 (Nasdaq: HEV) 11% HIGHER; continuing higher today following a 14 percent rise yesterday amid news of approval of its JV with Wanxiang Electric in China.

Rudolph Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTEC) 11% LOWER; today announced it intends to offer $50 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2016. The Company also intends to grant to the initial purchaser of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $10 million aggregate principal amount of the notes.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) 9.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.81, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.26 billion. The Company raised its shipment forecast for 2011 and now expects to ship between 228,000 and 235,000 new Harley-Davidson motorcycles to dealers and distributors worldwide, an increase of 8 percent to 12 percent compared to 2010 shipments.

Lincare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LNCR) 9.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.45, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $449 million versus the consensus estimate of $447.14 million.

Advanced Battery Tech (Nasdaq: ABAT) 9.3% HIGHER; continuing higher after seemingly holding above the $1 level following a brief dip below at the end of June.

Dyax Corp. (Nasdaq: DYAX) 9.1% LOWER; gapping below a support level around $2. The stock has also moved below the 200-day moving average.

A.O. Smith (NYSE: AOS) 8.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.51, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $405.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $396.89 million. A.O. Smith sees FY2011 EPS of $1.95-$2.05, versus the consensus of $2.10.

Qiao Xing Universal Resources (Nasdaq: XING) 8.5% HIGHER; continuing to bounce after holding above a support level around $1.10. The stock was up about 30 percent yesterday.
