Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Cerner (NASDAQ: CERN) with a Conviction Buy list rating and $78 priced target.
The firm said the company "offers investors high-quality exposure to HCIT industry growth and is ideally positioned to be a market share gainer."
Goldman said the company will be a beneficiary of the stimulus-driven growth curve of HCIT penetration U.S.
They see accelerating revenue growth over the next 3 years versus the consensus which sees decelerating growth. Their 2013 EPS estimate is 13% above the consensus.
