Genesis Energy L.P. (NYSE: GEL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.415 per share, or $1.66 annualized. This is a 10.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.375.

The dividend will be payable on August 12, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.1 percent.
