Gladstone Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: GAIN) declared a monthly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.045.

The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 22, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 20, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
