Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Catalyst Health Solutions (NASDAQ: CHSI), PT $71.

Barclays analyst says, "Given our assumption regarding anticipated cost synergies, gross margins, and interest expense, we continue to estimate consolidated adjusted EPS of $3.65 for 2013. Though the announcement of a new CFO may take longer than we had anticipated (management now indicated it will likely announce a new CFO by the end of the summer), we would still view this transition to be a source of fundamental concern."
