Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.4 million, versus the consensus estimate of $27.0 million. For the second quarter of 2011, the Company expects revenues of $14 to 16 million, versus the consensus of $25.5 million.

TBS International Plc (Nasdaq: TBSI) 21.6% HIGHER; getting above the $1.80 resistance level. Volume on the move is about six-times normal.

AutoChina International Limited (Nasdaq: AUTC) 19.2% LOWER; announced that the Company (i) is being investigated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and (ii) expects to restate its previously issued financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, and subsequent periods to recognize a derivative liability relating to the Earn-out Share Provision, which was part of its initial business combination in 2009.

DemandTec, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMAN) 19.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.07), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $22.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $22.58 million.

CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) 15.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $34.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $34.3 million.

Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) 14.4% LOWER; announced that in response to the company’s request, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) modified key findings of an ITC judge’s initial recommendation in Kodak’s patent infringement claim against Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM). The Commission extended the target date for a final ruling until August 30.

InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC) 13.7% HIGHER; popping higher this afternoon stemming from the $4.5 billion Nortel patent portfolio sale. The stock is still about 18 ot 19 percent below its 52-week high, maybe providing investors some incentive to buy in today.

Christopher & Banks Corp. (NYSE: CBK) 13.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $123.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $116.14 million. Same store sales decreased 2%.

Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) 12.4% HIGHER; activist investor Carl Icahn showed a 9.51 percent stake in the Company.

AZZ, Inc. (NYSE: AZZ) 11.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.75, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $114.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.57 million. AZZ also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share.

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYCC), 10.3% LOWER; has priced an underwritten offering of an aggregate 7,617,646 units at an offering price of $1.36 per unit for gross proceeds of $10.36 million.
