FBR Capital reiterates an 'Outperform' on Home Properties (NYSE: HME).
FBR analyst says, "We reiterate our rating on HME given relative value, defensive cash flows with multifamily “upside,” an attractive niche strategy, a generally high barrier market footprint and a sticky renter base tolerant of pricing increases. Our visit with management strengthened our view that the company remains focused on its core strategy, with a few exceptions. Like many peers, Home is enjoying the open capital spigot, which it continues to use to expand the asset base, upgrade units and selectively develop in core markets."
