Keefe, Bruyette & Woods upgraded Virtus Investment Partners (NASDAQ: VRTS) from Market Perform to Outperform. PT increased to $85.

KBW analyst says, "We are raising our forecast for net flows, AUM, and revenues, as well as our EPS estimate for 2012 and our price target. Accordingly, given the upside to our price target, we are raising our rating to Outperform."
