PHH Corporation (NYSE: PHH) has appointed Glen Messina has been named Chief Operating Officer, effective July 13, 2011.
Most recently, Messina served as Chief Executive Officer of GE (NYSE: GE) Chemical and Monitoring Solutions.
e earned a BS in Marketing from Ramapo College, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
