UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on WW Grainger (NYSE: GWW), PT raised by $1 to $156.

UBS analyst said, "GWW investing to hasten slow pace of market consolidation - After spending time with management last week we better appreciate that despite a highly frag mented market and GWW’s dominant but niche market position, taking share is far from easy. Small players have strong relationships that create staying power, and realizing MRO savings is not always a top cost save priority for many customers. We think GWW’s response will be more aggressive sales force expansion, ongoing SKU and intl. growth, and a more active stance towards M&A...We see good opportunities on the margin side as GWW leverages scale." (UBS raises FY12 EPS estimate from $12.50 to $12.55)
