Discover (NYSE: DFS) closed at $25.21 into the Federal Reserve's Wednesday meeting on proposed final rules around debit interchange fees, routing and exclusivity restrictions. July and October put option implied volatility is at 32; above its six-month of 29 according to Track Data.

Capital One (NYSE: COF) closed at $50.76 into the Federal Reserve's Wednesday meeting on proposed final rules around debit interchange fees, routing and exclusivity restrictions. July put option implied volatility is at 32, August is at 35; compared to its six-month average of 31 according to Track Data.
