Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.144875 per share, or $1.7385 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1445625.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2011.
