Barrington Research initiates coverage on shares of RealD (NYSE: RLD) with an Outperform rating and $33 price target.
The company is the largest factor in the 3D domestic business, in terms of technology creation. RLD is also expanding overseas trying to adopt its technology in PCs, TVs, and other screens.
Rumors have surfaced recent that demand for the 3D market has been decreasing, with the only evidence being that a couple of movies in theaters did not perform as well as they were expected to.
The firm is releasing its 2011 and 2012 EPS estimates at $0.50 and $0.75.
