W.P. Carey & Co. (WPC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.4% to $0.55; 6% Yield

W.P. Carey & Co. L.L.C. Cl A (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized. This is a 7.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.512.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
