(NYSE: DST) 13.6% HIGHER; shares are seeing interest Wednesday following reports from Reuters that the company has been the target of various takeover approaches from private equity firms over the past few months. Activist investor Russell Glass told Reuters he has teamed up with a private equity firm and approached the company about a buyout in the mid-$60s.
Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd (Nasdaq: HOLI) 11.3% HIGHER; shares seeing movement today above the $10 price level, continuing momentum from yesterday's session, which saw Hollysys close 11.4 percent better.
