Toreador Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: TRGL) 19.6% LOWER; French lawmakers agreed to ban shale hydraulic fracturing. Shares plummeted at 11am, when the report came out. 99% of Toreador Resources sales came from France in 2010, versus 97.6 percent in 2009.
Capstone Turbine Corp (Nasdaq: CPST) 18.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.16), 13 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.97 million.

Ener1 (Nasdaq: HEV) 14.1% HIGHER; continuing to rebound amid downside in the stock last week. The company announced today it and the Russian Federal Grid Company will display a fully operational, lithium-ion, distributed energy storage system as part of the 15th annual St. Petersburg International Economic Forum which will be held June 16-18 in Russia.
Tuesday Morning (Nasdaq: TUES) 14.0% LOWER; lowers its FY11 outlook: EPS move from 30 - 34 cents to 25 - 30 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 32 cents. Sales move from $830 - $836 million to $820 - $830 million, vs. the consensus estimate of $832 million.
DST Systems Inc. (NYSE: DST) 13.6% HIGHER; shares are seeing interest Wednesday following reports from Reuters that the company has been the target of various takeover approaches from private equity firms over the past few months. Activist investor Russell Glass told Reuters he has teamed up with a private equity firm and approached the company about a buyout in the mid-$60s.
Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd (Nasdaq: HOLI) 11.3% HIGHER; shares seeing movement today above the $10 price level, continuing momentum from yesterday's session, which saw Hollysys close 11.4 percent better.
L & L Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: LLEN) 9.7% HIGHER; L&L might be seeing some upside today following reports that South Korea's coal imports surged 33 percent year-over-year, to 9.2 million tons in May.
