Wells Fargo upgraded Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) from Market Perform to Outperform. Valuation Range: $23-$25.50 from $22-$24.
Wells analyst says, "The HPT model is undergoing a nearing a conclusion of restructuring its lease agreements, an event which should increase earnings visibility and reduce risk associated with the shares. We feel the current yield is secure and compelling and the shares are trading below fair value."
