Soleil Securities is maintaining its Buy rating on shares of Community Health (NYSE: CYH), but is lowering its price target from $37 to $30 to reflect a lower EV/ Ebitda multiple.
The firm reports that its new target reflects that company's Q1 results which were largely inline with expectations. Soleil believes that "investigation overhangs will persist, that subtle changes in physician admitting practice could pressure admissions growth, and that continued admissions softness could sustain concern for investors."
