ARMOUR Residential REIT (NYSE: ARR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $1.44 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 28, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 13, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 19 percent.
The company also announced that its August Monthly dividend's payment date is August 30, 2011 while the record date is August 15, 2011 and the ex-dividend date us August 13. Its September dividend has a payment date of September 29, 2011, a record date of September 15, 2011 and a ex-dividend date of September 13.
