Barclays reiterates an 'Overweight' on Accenture plc (NYSE: ACN), PT $65.
Barclays analyst says, "Recent actions by IT services vendors - Infosys Technologies' (Nasdaq: INFY) build-out of its bench to meet near-term demand opportunities, and H-P's (NYSE: HPQ) strategy shift to reinvest for longer-term
services growth, among others - have highlighted the critical need for talent to
support client engagements as the demand environment improves."
"...While revenue yield may be lower offshore, the combination of ACN's consulting-driven pricing edge (and industry-wide pricing improvement), utilization running at a more manageable level, and G&A leverage from benefits of scale should support both above-consensus revenue growth and continued modest margin expansion, supporting our view of positive earnings momentum into FY 2012 and longer-term."
