Chelsea Therapeutics International Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHTP) 18.8% HIGHER; the company reported new trial data showing that its Northera was safe and effective in symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension. Yongye International (Nasdaq: YONG) 17.4% HIGHER; the stock is rebounding today following four straight sessions of downside (down 15 percent since last Friday's close). The company announced last night after the market close the closing of the previously announced $50 million equity investment by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia.

RealD (NYSE: RLD) 14.7% LOWER; posts Q4 EPS of 8c, which may not compare to the Street estimate of a 15c per share loss. The company reported a GAAP loss of 85c per share during the same quarter last year. Sales for the quarter were $58.5 million, versus the consensus of $51.9 million.

Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LPHI) 13% LOWER; reports that it received a letter from Ernst & Young LLP addressed to the Chairman of Life Partners Audit Committee confirming that it had resigned effective June 3, 2011, as our independent registered public accounting firm, as had been orally communicated to the Chairman of the Audit Committee on June 3, 2011.

Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD) 12.2% LOWER; is maintaining its Q2 revenue outlook, but lowering its gross margin outlook to 32.5 percent +/- 1.5 percent.

Micromet (Nasdaq: MITI) 11.2% HIGHER; is to present data showing blinatumomab produced a high complete remission rate in adult patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who had relapsed following treatment with standard therapy.

Zale Corp (NYSE: ZLC) 11.1% LOWER; BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded the stock from Buy to Neutral citing lack of catalysts.

Verigy Ltd. (Nasdaq: VRGY) 10.8% HIGHER; reports that it received notice from the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, of the termination of the waiting period under the HSR Act with respect to the proposed merger with Advantest Corp. (NYSE: ATE).

China BAK Battery (Nasdaq: CBAK) 9.9% LOWER; traders are selling the news today following a 9 percent surge yesterday amid bullish news on its e-bike battery business.

Rentrack (Nasdaq: RENT) 9.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS $0.01, which may not compare to the Street's estimates of $0.19. Sales for the quarter came in at $24.7 million, above the Street's estimate of $25.99 million.

LML Payment (Nasdaq: LMLP) 9.5% HIGHER; the stock has pushed above a resistance level around $3 today. The stock has not traded over this level since the end of March.

Amarin Corporation plc (Nasdaq: AMRN) 8.9% LOWER; is seeing downside pressure after CEO said they may not reach a deal with a partner until 2012. The comments were from a phone interview with Bloomberg.
