Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE: ACI) today announced the pricing of its private offering of $1.0 billion principal amount of its 7.000% senior notes due 2019 and $1.0 billion principal amount of its 7.250% senior notes due 2021.
In each case at an issue price of 100% of the principal amount. Arch will pay interest on each series of the Senior Notes on June 15 and December 15 of each year, beginning on December 15, 2011.
