Goldman Sachs downgraded CBOE Holdings (NASDAQ: CBOE) from Neutral to Sell with a $23 price target, suggesting 6% downside.

The firm said the company continues to lose share and its new SPXpm contract is again delayed.

Goldman also said valuation incorporates too much M&A premium, and we see 6% downside as recent industry activities abate.
