Molycorp (MCP) Shares Lower as Co. to Sell 10M Shares in Secondary Offering

Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) shares are slumping after hours Tuesday as the company will raise funds through a common stock offering.

Molycorp announced it will sell 10 million common in a secondary offering as well as a $200 million Convertible Senior Notes offering.

The stock is down 5 percent to $55.90.
