Walgreens (WAG) Comps Up 5.6% in May
Walgreens (NYSE: WAG) reports total sales for the month of May were $6.08 billion, up 7 percent from the same period last year. Same store sales rose 5.6 percent.
Customer traffic in comparable stores increased 1.6 percent and basket size increased 2.0 percent.
