Hersha Hospitality Trust (HT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.06; 4% Yield

Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of July 13, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
