Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on DHT Holdings (NYSE: DHT), PT increased from $7 to $8.
Jefferies analyst says, "Yesterday, DHT Maritime announced it was acquiring Saga Tankers with Saga shareholders to receive 0.25 shares of DHT Maritime for each share held of Saga Tankers...Importantly, DHT was able to significantly increase both its fleet size and its spot market exposure without levering the Company's balance sheet which we believe provides DHT shareholders increased upside potential given our expectation for an improved tanker market environment likely beginning in 2H11." (Jefferies raises FY11 EPS estimate from $0.44 to $0.62 and FY12 from $0.50 to $0.75)
