Triangle Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: TCAP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9 percent.
