Perfect World Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: PWRD) and Atari, S.A., have entered into an agreement whereby Perfect World would acquire 100 percent equity interest in Atari's Cryptic Studios, Inc.
Under the stock purchase agreement, Perfect World will pay an aggregate purchase price of approximately €35 million in cash, subject to working capital and other adjustments as provided in the agreement.
