Dahlman Rose reiterates a 'Buy' on Molycorp (NYSE: MCP), PT $125.
Dahlman analyst said, "The possible sale by insiders could create a near-term overhang as the market digests the additional inventory, but we note that any valuation analysis should already have accounted for these shares. Over the medium to long term, it is possible that the additional float may help to mute some of the volatility in MCP shares, making an investment in the shares more attractive to investors who cannot tolerate the current volatility."
