China Recycling Energy Corporation (Nasdaq: CREG) 2.7% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $200 million of its Common Stock.

Family Dollar (NYSE: FDO) 2.6% HIGHER; shares are on the move after-hours as Pershing Square's Bill Ackman, speaking at the Ira Sohn Conference in New York, said he likes the stock and has taken out a passive stake.

Neoprobe Corporation (NYSE: NEOP) 1.9% HIGHER; today announced that it has signed a definitive asset purchase agreement to sell its neoprobe GDS line of gamma detection device systems to Devicor Medical Products, Inc. for $30 million in cash, plus a contingent value provision for payment to Neoprobe of up to an additional $20 million in royalties.

Sigma Designs, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGM) 1.1% LOWER; reported Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.07, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.95 million.
