• Energy Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLE) up 1.21 percent to $75.41. Led by Halliburtion (NYSE: HAL), which received an upgrade at Morgan Stanley from Equal Weight to Overweight. Halliburtion shares are up 3.3 percent on the day.
  
  
• Market Vectors Agribusiness ETF (NYSE: MOO) up 1.11 percent to $53.57. Mosaic Co. (NYSE: MOS) is the strong performer in the ETF today, as the Company filed with the U.S. SEC that it completed "its recapitalization and split-off from Cargill, Incorporated. As a result of the transaction, Cargill distributed its entire 64 percent stake, approximately 286 million shares, in Mosaic to Cargill’s stockholders and debt holders. Of these shares, Cargill distributed approximately 178 million Mosaic shares to Cargill stockholders in a split-off and its remaining approximately 108 million shares to Cargill debt holders in an exchange transaction." Mosaic shares are up 2.8 percent.
  
  
• iShares Silver Trust (NYSE: SLV) up 2.40 percent to $36.63. Silver is rip-roaring today, as investors see the metal as a refuge from global uncertainties. Concerns over the European Union and International Monetary Fund abilites to manage its members sovereign debt, as Greece looks to restructure moving forward.

• iPath S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (NYSE: VXX) down 2.81 percent to $22.81. The CBOE VIX is lower on what may be a bounce day for markets. The CBOE VIX is down 0.2 percent today.
  
  
• Guggenheim Solar (NYSE: TAN) down 1.95 percent to $7.04. The ETF is being affected by Suntech Power (NYSE: STP) today, following an earnings miss and decline in shipments from the pV manufacturer. Suntech shares are down 3.1 percent today.
  
  
• Retail HOLDRs (NYSE: RTH) down 0.49 percent to $109.62. Led lower by Costco (Nasdaq: COST) today, which reported EPS of $0.80 on revs of $20.19 billion for its third quarter. Costco stock is down 1.6 percent today following the report.
