Dillard’s, Inc. (NYSE: DDS) authorizes a $250 million common stock buyback.
Additionally, the Company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, $0.20 annualized. The dividend is a 25 percent increase from the current rate of $0.04.
The dividend is payable August 1, 2011 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.
