Target (TGT) Shares on the Move Following Q2, FY12 Guidance on Conference Call

Target (NYSE: TGT) shares are falling in morning trade as an exec just offered some guidance on the company's Q1 conference call. The stock is now down 2.3 percent to $49.59.

Target sees Q2 EPS of about $1.00 and FY12 EPS of about $4.23. The Street is currently expecting quarterly earnings of 99 cents per share and FY12 earnings of $4.23 per share.

The exec said Target can hit $8 per share in profit by 2016 or 2017.
